- Changes are subject to supplier policies.
- Liability
- Unlimited Holidays acts only as a travel facilitator between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers.
- Force Majeure
- The company is not responsible for disruptions due to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
B2B Agent Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all travel agents working with Unlimited Holidays on a B2B basis.
- Rates & Confidentiality
- All B2B rates shared with agents are strictly confidential.
- Agents must not disclose net rates to customers or third parties.
- Booking Process
- Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving:
- Passenger details
- Passport copies (if required)
- Advance payment
- Payment Terms
- Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining balance must be cleared before travel or as per booking agreement.
- Amendments
- Changes in dates, passenger names, or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on supplier policies including hotels, airlines, and attraction tickets.
- Liability
- Unlimited Holidays acts only as an intermediary between travel agents and service providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service changes made by third-party suppliers.
GST Invoice Terms – Travel Agency
- GST Applicability
GST will be charged as per Indian Government GST regulations applicable to travel services.
- Tax Structure
Depending on the service provided:
- Tour packages: GST applicable as per prevailing rules.
- Hotel bookings: GST as per hotel category.
- Air tickets: GST as applicable on service fees.
- Invoice Details
GST invoices issued by Unlimited Holidays will include:
- Company name
- GSTIN (if applicable)
- Invoice number
- Date of invoice
- Service details
- GST breakup (CGST/SGST/IGST)
- Input Tax Credit
Input Tax Credit eligibility depends on client GST registration status and government regulations.
- Payment Mode
Payments can be made via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Online payment gateway
Invoice will be generated after receiving payment confirmation.
